FUNDAMENTAL
MOVEMENTS

The CrossFit 4165 Fundamentals program is a pre-requisite for advancing to our CrossFit classes for those without CrossFit experience.


You loved your free trial session? This is the next step to becoming a part of our CrossFit family.


Our Fundamentals Program teaches you everything you need to know to safely and confidently progress into our CrossFit classes.

We take you through 10 foundational movements including Squats, Push Press, Deadlifts, Cleans and Jerks just to name a few. These classes are by booking only and are conducted in a small relaxed group environment with like minded beginners. There’re absolutely no exercise prerequisites for this program, just a willingness to learn and absorb the fountain of knowledge our coaches have. You may even be lucky enough to get some sneaky little workouts thrown in there too.

Classes are limited to 5 people to ensure that your coaching experience is tailored specifically to your fitness level and ability.

The Fundamental Program consists of 2 x 60min classes with a coach and are by appointment only for $99.00.

​

This also includes your 1st week of unlimited group exercise.
