Its finally here, Easters over, public holidays are done so now we can finally launch our 1st 6 Week Challenge of 2022
Whether your after body fat reduction, increased muscle mass or just wanting to reset your health and nutrition this challenge is for you.
Weigh-In will be on Saturday May 28th with the challenge officially starting Monday the 30th.
